Cancellation Policy
Kalúmia is a cash-based practice, and payment is required at the time of booking your appointment. We do not bill insurance. Once medications are ordered or treatment has begun, all sales are final and non-refundable. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be subject to a $40 fee charged to the card on file or forfeit of booking deposit. Thank you!
